Fondant is a sugar-based covering for cakes that is a substitute for traditional icing. Our fondant has a soft, candy-like texture/taste. Fondant is useful for certain designs that cannot be drawn neatly. It is also useful for outdoor events where butter cream or whipped cream would melt.

Please note that we exclusively use whipped cream and do not offer buttercream as an option.
Due to the differences in texture and consistency between our signature whipped cream and buttercream, some designs may not be possible to replicate in whipped cream. Buttercream can be sculpted and moulded into intricate shapes, whereas whipped cream is softer and more delicate.
Dark colors may also not be achievable in whipped cream as they can leave stains. Our team will work with you to create a custom design that suits your needs and preferences.
